We want you to be happy with your Review Hedgehog Sign or plate. How you return it depends on where you bought it. Please return it to the place you purchased it.

Bought on Amazon or Walmart

If you bought from Amazon.com or Walmart, your return is handled by that retailer and is subject to its return policy. Start your return through your Amazon.com or Walmart account and follow the retailer's instructions. Refunds for these orders are issued by the retailer.

Bought directly from Review Hedgehog

• Return within 15 days of delivery in the original, undamaged packaging for a full refund.
• If the packaging is opened, damaged or missing, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.
• To start a return, send us your order details through the contact form on our Support page. We will send you return instructions.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged, defective or not working on arrival

Contact the retailer you bought from, or reach us through the contact form on our Support page and we will help you sort it out.
